CLYDE NORTH LIFESTYLE CENTRE NOW OPEN
A new retail development has recently opened around the corner from St. Germain. The Clyde North Lifestyle Centre officially opened for business at the end of June – offering locals a new shopping hub featuring major retailers such as Aldi, Petstock and Hungry Jack’s.
Developer MAB Corporation completed the $28 million Clyde North Lifestyle Centre, located on Hamersley Drive, in April. It is expected remaining tenants Repco, Salvos, Big Picture People, and Plus Fitness will open in the coming months.
The Lifestyle Centre forms part of MAB’s $150 million Element Park industrial development, which includes over 70 industrial lots and Bunnings Warehouse, which opened in September 2019.
The precinct is an exciting addition to the Clyde North neighbourhood, providing a great variety of essential retail services to the local community.
