ST.GERMAIN ESTATE MARCH UPDATE

Welcome to the latest St.Germain Construction Update.

Hutchinson Builders have focused their efforts on closing out the remaining items on the Retail Precinct. These included completing the installation of the children’s waterplay area and the remaining signage, with pylon signs now located in the Retail open-air carpark and in private land near the wetland. With installation of the external storage area, works on the Retail Precinct are now complete. St.Germain Central has become the fantastic meeting and retail shopping hub envisioned for our community and surrounding areas.

Medical and Wellness Precinct

During February, Hutchinson Builders have focused efforts on closing out external works at the Medical and Wellness Precinct with hard and soft landscaping, civil works to the ‘future carpark’ area, carpark furniture to internal and external carparks, and window and glazing now complete. Internal fitout works are also complete, with the exception of the feature balustrade. Progress is also being made on the timing of permanent power becoming live for the precinct.

Residential stages are moving forward with individual home construction nearing completion on Stage 21 and 25, and underway on Stages 22 – 24. Townhomes have now been completed on Stage 26. Stage 28 is progressing well and is available by appointment for Valuation Access.
