St.Germain Central is proving to be a fantastic new community hub, providing the residents of Clyde North with access to a full-line Coles supermarket, and a range of 19 specialty stores including retail, restaurants and cafes, catering to every taste and preference. The Medical and Wellness Precinct is moving into the final stage of construction and will include a GP clinic, medical specialists and a gym, with the opening forecast to be Q3 2024.

Residential stages are moving forward with individual home construction well underway on Stages 21 – 25 and townhomes on Stage 26 are now complete. Stage 28 has been titled, with townhome construction to commence in the coming months.

A new Childcare Centre is under construction and is forecast for completion in early 2025.

Future stages are in planning with Council (retail, offices and community facilities), further enhancing the liveability of St.Germain – a place like no other.
