ST.GERMAIN ESTATE UPDATE
It’s been an amazing year since we opened St.Germain Central Shopping Precinct! A year which has seen the delivery of a thriving new community hub, providing the residents of Clyde North with a whole range of places to shop, eat and experience community gathering. We were also extremely proud to open the Medical and Wellness Precinct at St.Germain Central!
The St.Germain Medical and Wellness Precinct has been designed as an iconic gateway to St.Germain Central, with this gorgeous building now open and home to the St Germain Superclinic, Anytime Fitness, and soon to open Marina Radiology.
Residential stages are moving forward with individual home construction well underway on Stages 21 – 24 and townhomes on Stages 25 and 26 now complete. Construction of townhomes on Stage 28 are also underway and progressing well.
The Town Centre Swale has been completed (shown in our image above). This important link extends the drainage capacity of the local area and allows the water to flow through a planted swale that connects to our Eastern Wetland located north of the swale and south of Thompsons Road.
Future stages have been approved by Council (including large format retail, with our leasing campaign now underway), further enhancing the liveability of St.Germain – a place like no other. A new Childcare Centre is under construction and is forecast for completion in the second half of 2025.
