Gill Family Corp is thrilled to welcome McDonald’s to St.Germain Hub, where it will join KFC to create a leading fast-food hub for Clyde North and the wider South East region. The move underscores the precinct’s growing reputation as a premier destination for shopping and dining.

Strategically located on the corner of Bells and Thompsons Roads, St.Germain Hub enjoys an impressive 825 metres of street frontage and is set to become a key hub for dining, retail, and convenience in one of Victoria’s fastest-growing municipalities. The brand-new mixed-use development will feature multiple large-format retail and specialty tenants, supporting the needs of the growing local population of over 45,000 residents.

St.Germain Hub will complement the group’s adjacent development, St.Germain Central, which boasts a high-performing Coles supermarket, Liquorland, 19+ specialty stores, and soon ALDI.
