DETOX YOUR HOME
It’s time to clean those unwanted household chemicals out of your shed, cupboard and from under your sink and dispose of them safely at Sustainability Victoria’s Detox Your Home event.
Household chemicals can be dangerous and should never be put in your rubbish bins or poured down the drain. Incorrect disposal and storage may harm your family, friends, and pets, add extra fuel to a house fire, release toxic fumes and pollute the environment.
Co-hosted with City of Casey, Detox Your Home is a free and convenient service for households to safely dispose of unwanted household chemicals such as weedkiller, cleaning chemicals, old cooking oil and cosmetics.
