IT’S CHRISTMAS TIME AT BUNJIL PLACE
‘Tis the season once again and Bunjil Place have got a veritable stocking full of festive activities to entertain young and old this Christmas – starting with the official lighting of the Bunjil Place tree!
Lighting of the Christmas Tree

The lighting of the Bunjil Place Christmas Tree has become a magical tradition in the City of Casey, and one that’s not to be missed! This year’s spectacular tree will be lit up in all its glory on Friday 26 November, with a range of festive activities on the night the whole family can enjoy. There’ll be Christmas carols, free family photographs and a free scoop of ice cream for each visitor. Jolly good fun!
Saturday Movie Nights

It wouldn’t be Christmas without some classic merry movies! This festive season there’ll be a great selection of family flicks on the outdoor screen including Nutcracker and the Four Realms, The Grinch, Peanuts and Last Christmas. Tickets are just $5.00 and include a special Christmas treat upon arrival.
Christmas Craft in the Plaza
Thursday 2, 9 & 16 December
Get crafty with the kids this Christmas! From Christmas slime to decorations, cuddly gingerbread toys and cupcakes, there’s a different activity every week, designed to delight kids ages four and up!
Make sure you book your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment, as these sessions are always very popular. All materials are provided on the day, plus your little helpers get to take home everything they make!
Storytime in the Plaza

The festive fun doesn’t stop there, with six Christmas Storytime sessions in the Plaza for little ones. Brought to you by the energetic Youth Librarians of Bunjil Place, this special outdoor pre-school storytime is designed to support early literacy development. All sessions run from 11.00 am to 11.30 am and places can be booked here.
