ST.GERMAIN CENTRAL OPENS

Welcome to the latest St.Germain Construction Update.

A major milestone was reached on 30 November, and we were overwhelmingly proud to present the new St.Germain town centre to the community. Anchored by a full-line Coles store and featuring 19 other diverse tenancies, St.Germain Central will be a fantastic new community hub and the first of a range of facilities that we will be delivering over the coming months and years.

The Medical Precinct has had a push for close out of civil works, open-air carpark line marking and kerbing. Façade works are progressing well with the completion of sarking and blueboard works enabling Redcor cladding to commence. Internally, services rough-in works are installed, allowing areas such as the ground floor amenities to finish plaster and tiling works.

Residential stages are moving forward with Stages 23 and 24 now titled. Stage 28 is progressing well with tasks such as footpaths and asphalting to commence.
