ST.GERMAIN ESTATE APRIL UPDATE

During March, Hutchinson Builders have focused on works required to secure Authority approvals in preparation for connection of utilities to the Medical and Wellness Precinct building. Connections remain in progress and will be followed by the services trades commencing their commissioning process.

New signage and landscaping works are complete to the St.Germain Estate entrance on the corner of Thompsons and Bells Roads. Residential stages are moving forward with individual home construction nearing completion on Stage 21 and 25. Home construction is also underway on many lots within Stages 22 – 24. Stage 28 is generally complete, with Council approvals awaited.
