ST.GERMAIN ESTATE FEBRUARY UPDATE
Welcome to the latest St.Germain Construction Update.
The St.Germain Team were overwhelmingly proud to present the first stage of St.Germain Central to the community in December 2023! Anchored by a full-line Coles store and featuring 19 other diverse tenancies, St.Germain Central has become a fantastic new community hub and the first of a range of facilities, that we will be delivering over the coming months and years.
The Medical and Wellness precinct has progressed well with the completion of metal and CFC external cladding, skylight works, services fit-off for cold shell tenancies, external pavement and soft landscaping to the carpark area.
Residential stages are moving forward with individual home construction underway on Stages 21 – 25 and townhomes nearing completion on Stage 26. Stage 28 is progressing well and is now at the completion / inspection phase of works.
