THE FIRST PARK IS OPENING AT ST. GERMAIN, AND YOU’RE INVITED
Current and future residents of St. Germain will soon have cause to celebrate when the very first park is opened this month! The first of three parks for the community has recently been completed and will be officially opened to residents on Saturday 25 May.
St. Germain will be holding an event on the day to mark the occasion, and we invite all current and prospective community members to come along! The day’s festivities will commence at 10am and run until 2pm. A free gourmet sausage sizzle provided by Woofys will be on hand to keep guests satisfied, with halal meat, delicious haloumi sliders and refreshments included!
Children will no doubt delight in the opportunity to be the first to road test the brand new play equipment. They’re also more than welcome to bring along a ball, maybe even their skates, and enjoy the basketball court and skate facilities on offer.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to enter a raffle draw for their chance to win one of three EFTPOS gift cards! There will be a $500, $300 and $200 gift card up for grabs, with the lucky winners announced between 1pm and 2pm at the event – so be sure to stick around!
And, last but not least, we’re calling on residents of our St. Germain community to suggest a name for the estate’s first park. For those who’d love to be involved in shaping the community they live in, be sure to submit your suggestion when entering the raffle on the day. The best name will win!

- The park is located at the corner of Danton Circuit and Bernardins Street, closest to Stage 1 and 2 of the St. Germain estate.
